Shipping Policy

All herbal oils and leaf wash powders at Esha Herbs are bottled fresh and packed within 24 to 48 hours of order verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays). You will receive an automated dispatch notification with a courier tracking ID as soon as the package is handed over.

We ship across India via trusted express logistics networks (including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post):

• South India (TN, KL, KA, AP, TS): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India & Metro Hubs: 4 to 7 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Flat ₹60 nationwide. Free Shipping applies automatically on all orders of ₹999 and above.

Each oil bottle is sealed with tamper-evident caps and enclosed in shock-absorbing protective layers to withstand rough transit conditions. Herbal powders are enclosed in multi-layer moisture-resistant pouches to preserve organic freshness.

Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, postal PIN code, and mobile phone number are accurate at checkout. Couriers will contact you via phone or SMS prior to delivery. Re-shipping costs for returns due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers will be billed to the customer.
